They most certainly have the muscle to turn this software into a profit. They also have a great advantage as opposed to other software vendors since they are entrnched with so many manufactures of computer and periferal hardware. Another great advertising system they have is their own support departments will be using the software. What better way to show what it can do.

I heard their system is doing ok in the support market with a decent share but not close to how Microsoft is doing with livemeeting.
